Social Media & Marketing Manager
As the Social Media and Marketing Manager at The Six Bells, you will play a key role in managing the brand’s presence, developing marketing strategies, and creating engaging content that resonates with our customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals, drive audience engagement, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
About The Six Bells:
The Six Bells is a country-inspired retail and e-commerce brand with a store in Cobble Hill and a hotel opening in the Hudson Valley in Spring 2025.
Responsibilities include:
- Social + Marketing Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and marketing email strategy that aligns with The Six Bells’ brand identity and goals
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as well as other platforms like Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads.
- Set and manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad content and formats that perform effectively across channels.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize ROI.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) including images, videos, and written posts, as well as weekly marketing emails.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and special offers across both retail and hospitality divisions.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media and marketing channels, ensuring that messaging aligns with our company ethos.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to support marketing objectives.
- Influencer and Partnership Relations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to expand reach and engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms to keep The Six Bells innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager and other paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven experience creating and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Proven experience creating successful social media campaigns and managing multi-platform strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
- Experience in ecommerce, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
